Bring
- Government photo ID for every signer. Current, not a copy.
- Every signer, in the room. No one can be identified from a phone.
- The document complete and unsigned. No blank spaces.
- Witnesses, if the document requires them. Wendy is not your witness.
- The fee she quoted when you booked.
Please don’t
- Sign early “to save time.”
- Ask her to pick the form or explain what you should sign. That is legal advice, and she does not give it.
- Ask for an apostille. The Tennessee Secretary of State issues those.
Be on time. The appointment starts when it was set. If you will be late, call before that time. She will do the same for you, and she returns calls the same day.
