A notary who shows up prepared.

Serendipity Notary is Wendy Sheets’ mobile notary practice. Acknowledgments, jurats, affidavits, and the other papers that need a notary — at her office, or at yours.

114 Stuart Rd. NE, Cleveland, TN 37312 · (423) 555-0148

Customary notary work.

This menu is a placeholder. It covers the acts people usually need from a Tennessee notary. Wendy will mark what she offers, and what she does not, before the site goes live.

Acknowledgments

You sign in front of Wendy, and she confirms you signed willingly. The everyday notary act.

Jurats

You swear or affirm that the contents are true, then sign. Used for many affidavits.

Oaths & affirmations

A spoken promise, given properly, when a form asks for one.

Affidavits

Written statements that need a sworn signature before they go anywhere.

Powers of attorney

A careful notarization when someone is granting authority to another person.

Real estate & loans

Closings and loan packages. Included here as a placeholder until Wendy confirms signing-agent work.

Mobile visits

Home, office, hospital, or a table in Cleveland. You should not have to build your day around a stamp.

Everyday papers

Titles, permission slips, copies where the law allows, and the other documents life hands you.

How a visit goes.

Four plain steps. No portal, no account, no mystery.

1

Tell Wendy what it is

A sentence is enough: affidavit, deed, permission form, loan package. She’ll say if a notary is the right tool.

2

Pick a time and place

Her office on Stuart Road, or she comes to you. Travel radius gets confirmed when you book.

3

Bring ID and the document

Everyone who must sign, in person. Do not sign ahead. Do not leave blanks.

4

Leave with it done

She checks the ID, completes the notarial certificate, and hands the paper back.

What to bring.

  • A current government photo ID — driver license, passport, or state ID.
  • Every signer, in the same room as the notary. A notary cannot take a signature over the phone.
  • The full document, filled in, and not signed yet.
  • Witnesses, if the document itself requires them. A notary is not automatically your witness.
  • Payment. Methods and fees are still being set, and will be said out loud before anyone meets.

A few things a notary is not.

  • Not a lawyer, and not a place to get legal advice or a document drafted.
  • Not the office that issues an apostille. Tennessee’s Secretary of State does that. Wendy can point at the right door.
  • Not able to notarize a blank page, or identify someone who is not there.

Wendy Sheets.

Serendipity Notary is her practice in Cleveland. The work is a closing, a permission, a power of attorney, or a form that will not wait until Monday.

The bee is a small mark in the wordmark. The work is done in order, and on time.

Prepared Punctual Private

Service area
