What to bring
- Current government-issued photo ID.
- Every signer, physically present.
- The document filled in, not signed early, with no blank spots left to “fill in later.”
- Any witnesses the document requires.

What she will not do
- Give legal advice, pick your form, or write the document for you.
- Issue an apostille. That comes from the Tennessee Secretary of State.
- Notarize an empty page, or identify a person who is not in the room.
