Serendipity Notary

Samples 1–4 keep a bee as a small mark in the corner. Samples 10–13 do the same with a hen. The page is the notary practice either way. Samples 14–17 are for an older client: the manners of a law office or a private practice, without pretending to be either. Samples 5–9 stay plain. Phone and email are still placeholders.

Sites · the bee set

The bee is a corner mark, not the page. Closest to the consulting site: Studio. Warmest: Honeybee. Most feminine: Garden. Sharpest: Atelier.

Sites · the practice only

Same services and the same placeholder phone. These five are about how Serendipity keeps an appointment: prepared, punctual, discreet. No résumé, no outside life.

Sites · the hen set

The same four tempers, with a hen in the wordmark instead of a bee. The appointment is the page.

Sites · private offices

For an older client with exacting taste. Law-office navy, a physician’s calm, burgundy and margin, and a private-banking charcoal. All four are still a notary. None of them is a law firm or a medical practice.

Business cards

Each design comes two ways: a 3.5 × 2 rectangle, and a 2.5 inch square. Ink keeps square corners, the wallet size. Stone, Civic, and Clay round the corners about 3/16 inch. No circles. None of them is a notary seal.

Letterhead

US Letter, with a specimen appointment note so the page isn’t empty. Marked specimen.

Email signatures

A visual block plus plain text you can paste. Same facts, four voices.

Fee receipts

Proof of payment only. Each one says it is not a notarial certificate.

What to bring

A one-page handout for the client: ID, unsigned paper, and be on time.

Listing and voicemail

Google description, a short voicemail, and a bulletin blurb. Four tones.

What these pages are using

On the page. The practice name, Wendy’s name as the notary, the Stuart Road office, and how an appointment is kept: prepared, on time, discreet. Education, employers, and private life are not part of the samples.

Not designed. A notary seal — a stamp is not a logo. Statutory notarial certificates. A fee schedule. These pages are marked noindex.

Still placeholders. Phone is (423) 555-0148. Email is hello@serendipitynotary.com. Address is 114 Stuart Rd. NE, Cleveland, TN 37312. The service list is customary notary work.
